Am I the only one?

I'm not a major Carrie fan anymore, but I guess I'm kinda ticked at the comments people make about her weight.

SHE IS NOT FAT!

Just because she actually has some weight on her and isn't a size 2, doesn't mean she is fat...no wonder people become bullimic!

If anything, the problem with her look isn't her weight but how she dresses. Just because something fits you does not mean you should wear it. The key is to find things that compliment your body. If Clay had someone who helped him with his look (cause he had no fashion sense either), they should get someone to help Carrie. I think she's very pretty and not fat at all. Sure, she's "fat" if you compare her to some of the twigs in the business but my advice to her is to listen to Kate Winslet: "I am not a twig and I refuse to be one."

Look at Kim Locke. She's no skinnie minnie but she is gorgeous! It has nothing to do with her weight, but it has everything to do with how she dresses. She picks things that flatter her instead of things that draw attention to areas that are obviously not flawless. A person who is a size 2 can look awful compared to someone who is say, a size 16, if the sknny person dresses badly and the heavier person dresses in a way that compliments them. I've seen plenty of skinny girls who are ugly and look horrible because of how they dress.

I just wish people wouldn't make fat jokes or jokes about how she must be spending the clothing money on food. I don't think it has anything at all to do with how much she weighs. Frenchie Davis was a big girl but she too is gorgeous because she knows how to dress. Carrie just needs someone, esp this late in the game, to come on in and at least give her some advice.

And that's my two cents, lol.

WORD. I'm not a fan of Carrie at all, but come on, she is certainly not fat. I think she just needs to find clothes that suit her body type better. Other than that, she's a pretty girl.

I remember early in the competition, Kim L wore some clothes that didn't flatter her at all. As time went on, she found a style that worked well for her. I think she's gorgeous.

For real. Carrie is definitely not fat. She is gorgeous and is at a HEALTHY weight. That's whats so wrong with this world. People think anyone who is bigger than a size 2 is fat.

I agree completely. I would rather see a girl who has some meat than a girl who looks like she'll break in half if you just poke her. Carrie looks healthy to me. I'm actually glad to see that she is eating, because a lot of people don't eat when they're stressed (I don't -- bad habit, I know), and obviously there's a lot of stress and pressure on all three of them left.

Yup, some on here have made comments about her weight. then some jerk in the biz wrote an article, saying that she'll have a successfull career, but that she needs to lose a few pounds first.

Personally, I like seeing people lwho look like REAL PEOPLE and now models in a magazine.

Thank you! She is healthy. She even said in the TV Guide article that she's worried about people thinking she's fat when she's a size 6. I tihnk her body is perfect - she actually looks like she eats.

That's really uncalled for, for people to be making comments about Carrie's weight. It makes me angry when people call people who are at healthy weight fat and then there's all these problems with eating disorders and girls having low self confidence. I've heard multiple people call Rachel Bilson from The O.C and Nicole Richie fat. I dunno what these people are thinking.

Oh and I also LOVE Kate Winselt because I think she has a great and realistic attitude about her body. Her and Carrie are both gorgeous.

A few posts down, they're talking about it in the comments and someone had made a comment about how she obviously is spending the money they give them for clothes, on food....and I've heard other comments here and there mention her weight.

it's definitely a case of poor dressing. she has a tiny bit of pudge around her middle, but to wear glad garbage bags with a belt slung around her hips is just going to accentuate that fact. she could do to take a few tips from jessica sierra. she wore cute jackets and layerered tanks and looked amazing even though she wasn't a size 0.

I think in the start of the show she looked heavier than she does now. I see a big difference in her face lately, she lost some weight.
She wasn't my definition of fat though.
She does dress like crap. Would it kill her to spice it up?
Jeans jeans jeans and more jeans.
I also think she needs to mix it up with the hair too.

oh my god, if i counted the number of your typical thin girls who dress badly and look ugly, compared with girls say size 10+ (normal sized...) and have pretty faces and know how to dress
well you know what i am getting at.
carrie is by no means a fat girl. anyone next to vonzell is going to look short and chunky.

She is NOT fat by any means... but I have noticed the last couple of weeks some of the outfits she has been wearing makes her look bigger than she is at the midsection. But she is the perfect weight, IMO. Not at all fat, but not toooo skinny either.

totally agreed... i like carrie not because of her singing but because she reminds me a lot of kelly clarkson.
i remember hearing that kelly was offered a record deal before idol and they told her she needed to lose a few pounds and she turned it down. and now look where she is! its because she has talent and not because shes a size 0. and i believe carries the same way, which is why i really hope she wins this competition.

Carrie is beautiful and TOTALLY not fat at all...Like Kelly Clarkson was when she was on IDOL...she was so gorgoues and had a great body..now of course she's totally sold out and looks anorexic..Carrie has wore the most beautiful clothes and she totally is having help they've already said that ...If it were up to her she'd be wearing teeshirts and jeans...

Yeah but did you notice that Kim Locke lost alot of weight during and after Idol, as well as Kelly Clarkston, even though she said she didn't care what size she was?
